A Message From the Editor Window legislation for child sex abuse cases became a very hot topic a few years ago, leading a wave of states to begin opening up the statue of limitations for child sex abuse cases. After courts have begun reviewing the constitutionality of these laws, a patchwork is emerging across the country of states offering different avenues for bring cases that would otherwise be time-barred. Our first item today has an overview of where things stand, plus some great insights into how lawyers will need to be creative if they want to bring these lawsuits.
