Metro moves to Phase 3 of pandemic plan, will cut back bus, rail service starting Monday
Although trains will still operate from 5 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. on weekdays, Metro says for the most part riders will wait as long as they normally do during the day on Saturday for trains.
