Noah Futterman, a Worcester native, has been named account executive for Ball Consulting Group, a strategic communications firm in Newton. Futterman is a former liaison for state Rep. Harold Naughton of Clinton and now pursuing a master in government from Johns Hopkins University. He has a bachelor in political science from Union College and now lives in Boston.
