Golf pro Michelle Wie West has made a real estate hole in one of sorts, having scored an all-new Encino mansion. The child prodigy and her husband Jonnie West paid $5.7 million for the farmhouse-inspired home located in one of L.A.'s trendiest neighborhood. Elsewhere, avant-garde architect Ed Niles has designed many extravagant homes, but Milton Sidley's Malibu mansion might be one of the most eccentric. The bulbous house is actually two separate structures connected by a skybridge and is hewn by an abundance of glass and steel. The founder of Chemical Guys, a brand popular with car-care enthusiasts purchased the unique property at more than 50% off the original ask — he paid $9.5 million.
