Michigan Catholic schools say forced closure is unconstitutional, file lawsuit

Catholic schools sued Michigan Monday after Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced high schools, dine-in restaurants, movie theaters and other business would be forced to remain closed through Dec. 20 in order to slow spread of the surging coronavirus.
