Michigan’s sex registry is illegal, ACLU claims in new lawsuit

Despite court rulings that declared previous version of Michigan's sex registry law unconstitutional, the most recent version is still illegal, claims a federal lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union Wednesday, Feb. 2.
