JOSH GREENBERG'S long-anticipated book "Trout Water: A Year on the Au Sable" was just released, and we are happy to reveal an excerpt from the first chapter. For those who don't already know, Greenberg is the owner of the fabled Gates Au Sable Lodge, which he purchased when Rusty Gates lost his battle with cancer in 2009.
