Eating Healthy: Middle Eastern Potatoes
Batata Harra is a Lebanese dish which literally translates to spiced potatoes. The recipe can vary with the addition of other vegetables, but usually includes garlic, chili and coriander or cilantro–the spice comes from chili paste. Boil them first for a soft texture on the inside, then fry them up for a crispy outside.
