These funds have been acquired from various wallets, including those of Alameda Research and exchanges. The report reveals that one wallet, 'Alameda Merchant 1,' controlled by the liquidators, has accumulated 3,581 BTC since the beginning of 2023, valued at approximately $97.19 million.
However, this represents only a fraction of the bitcoin that Alameda previously held, as the wallets connected to the network were worth over $800 million at their peak, with more suspected to be held across centralized exchanges.
