Millions of Dollars Won for Auto Defect Victims

Bisnar Chase has recently secured a series of seven-figure settlements in auto defect cases.

Our law firm has an outstanding track record in helping those who have suffered accidents and injuries due to negligent automakers and parts component manufacturers.

Managing partner Brian Chase and firm partner Scott Ritsema worked together to secure a major victory in a defective airbag case, finalizing a $5 million settlement for their client.

Brian also worked on two separate auto defect cases with personal injury attorney Steven Hilst and B|C partner Gavin Long. The team recovered $1.5 million for a client who was involved in a roof crush accident, and another $1.5 million in a case involving the failure to install a safety device in a vehicle.

Auto defects can be deadly. When automakers cut corners, commit to faulty designs, or make mistakes during manufacturing, it can put drivers and passengers in extreme danger on the roads.

Bisnar Chase has established a national reputation for handling auto defect cases. We take pride in holding manufacturers accountable for their actions while securing justice for our clients.

Contact Bisnar Chase if you have an auto defect or personal injury claim.
Firm to Take On 3M Earplug Product Defect Injury Cases
Bisnar Chase is now taking on defective product cases involving 3M earplugs.

The widely-used safety devices are designed to protect your ears against damage from loud noises and were used by the military from 2007-2013.

But more than 250,000 lawsuits have now been filed against 3M. They allege that the company fudged test results and that the earplugs had design flaws and a lack of proper instruction.

Four of the current cases have gone to trial, the most recent of which saw a former soldier awarded $8.2 million after developing hearing loss and tinnitus.

If you have suffered lasting effects due to faulty earplugs, contact our expert product defect attorneys now.

Judge Ruling: Johnson & Johnson Talc Lawsuits to Continue
Johnson & Johnson has lost an initial legal battle to halt thousands of product liability lawsuits over its potentially dangerous talc products.

Bisnar Chase is one of many law firms handling cases involving people developing cancer after using the once-popular J&J talcum powder.

Thousands of users are suing the pharmaceutical giant after talc was linked to certain cancers.

Johnson & Johnson tried to pause the legal process while it dealt with bankruptcy proceedings, but the move was turned down by a federal judge.

If you have suffered health issues after using talcum powder, contact Bisnar Chase to find out if you could have a case.
