The Anne Frank House last week received its millionth visitor this year: 80-year-old Hilda Evens from Australia. "I really wanted to see the Anne Frank House today, before I go home tomorrow", Mrs. Evens said, who's in Amsterdam together with her daughter. It is expected that the museum will once again attract a record number of visitors in 2014 (the previous record was in 2013, with 1,195,456 visitors). |
