Tina Smith says she's in support of invoking the 25th Amendment to remove President Trump during his final weeks in office, an effort joined by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer. Smith says Trump stoked the unprecedented event yesterday.
Separately, Rep. Ilhan Omar drafted a resolution to impeach the president. In a tweet, Speaker Pelosi said if Trump is not removed via the 25th Amendment, she supports moving forward on impeachment.
