Minnesota in serious risk of losing seat in Congress; Dayton joins governors urging Congress to save DACA

Eleven governors, including Minnesota's Gov. Mark Dayton, are urging Congress to save an imperiled program that protects young immigrants from deportation.

The House gave final approval to the Republican bill to cut taxes, after a procedural hiccup in the Senate on Tuesday forced a repeat vote. It marks the GOP's first major legislative victory of 2017.

Al Franken announced earlier this month he would exit the Senate in the coming weeks in the face of mounting accusations of sexual misconduct before and during his time in office.
