⛅ Cloud cover will linger into much of Thursday, though there will be some breaks of brief sunshine. Highs will be mostly in the 40s Thursday afternoon to near 50 in southern Minnesota with light winds.
☀️ Friday will be brighter and warmer. Highs will be in the 50s for most of central and southern Minnesota. Saturday will bring similar readings if not a couple degrees warmer.
News of the agreement and the award comes five years after the Department of Human Services notified the state auditor that the agency had overpaid the Leech Lake Band and another tribal nation $29 million in federal funds for opioid abuse treatment programs.

🏥 MinnesotaCare applications now open to Minnesotans regardless of immigration status. People living in Minnesota can qualify for MinnesotaCare if they have an income at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty level, irrespective of immigration status.
🏛️ Minneapolis City Council to vote on labor standards board. If enacted, the city would create a 15-person advisory board of employers, employees and community stakeholders, such as consumers and labor policy experts. They would advise the council on labor policy in the city.

🗳️More than half of Minnesota county election offices have received bomb threats. “Threats of violence against election workers, aimed at disrupting our democracy, are absolutely unacceptable,” said Secretary of State Steve Simon in a statement.
