🎧 Police chief lays out ramped-up policing plan after two deadly weekends in downtown Minneapolis. The first was a hit-and-run that left a 16-year-old dead and five others injured two weeks ago. The second was an early morning shooting that killed two young men and injured three others. Both events happened at the corner of Fifth Street North and Hennepin Avenue.
