Litquake 2021 was a celebratory return to live events. We're so glad to have gathered in basements, bars, and bookstores with authors we love and an audience we missed, but we know it's almost impossible to catch every show on the schedule. In an effort to bring as much of Litquake to as many people as possible, we'll be releasing video of some of our live events on our YouTube page. First up is Word/Jazz

In the great tradition of San Francisco jazz and spoken-word basement readings first forged by Lawrence Ferlinghetti, Kenneth Rexroth, and Bob Kaufman, Litquake presents Word/Jazz, a showcase of world-class poets accompanied by improvised jazz music. Featuring Genny Lim, devorah major, and Paul S. Flores, with music by the Marcus Shelby Trio.

Subscribe to our YouTube page to be notified the minute we release a new video, and stay tuned to our newsletter for more updates.
