| Text – Karsten Zunke Die Technologisierung im Marketing kennt anscheinend keine Grenzen: Automatisierte Prozessketten im E-Mail-Marketing, vielfältigste Technologien für Werbeauslieferung, Brand Safety, Reporting, Kampagnen-Optimierung, Gebotsstrategien, Vermarktung und vieles mehr. Aber was ist mit der eigenen Organisation? Wie steht es um das Branding der eigenen Firma als Arbeitgeber? Und wie wird Nachhaltigkeit im Unternehmen gelebt? Green Tech kann hier helfen. Sie manifestiert eine Verbindung zwischen Technik, Wirtschaft und Umwelt – und fristet in vielen Firmen leider noch ein Schattendasein. Dabei lassen sich mit Green Tech mehrere Ziele auf einmal erreichen: Ihr Einsatz kann das Gemeinschaftsgefühl und die Arbeitgebermarke stärken, die Mitarbeitenden motivieren, Nachhaltigkeit im Unternehmen zu leben, die digitale Transformation beschleunigen, das Ideen-Management beflügeln – und natürlich einen Beitrag für eine nachhaltige Wirtschaft beziehungsweise ein nachhaltiges Marketing leisten. |

| | Was möglich ist, zeigt beispielsweise Sustayn. Mit einem bunten Mix aus Quizrunden, Challenges und Benefits soll die Mitarbeiter-App die Nachhaltigkeit in Unternehmen fördern. Das Prinzip: Wer sein Verhalten und seinen Arbeitsplatz auf Nachhaltigkeit trimmt, erhält dafür virtuelle Münzen und kann mit ihnen Veränderungen in seiner Firma bewirken. Eine Challenge könnte sein, Energie zu sparen oder als Team auf umweltfreundliche Verkehrsmittel umzusteigen. Die gesammelten Münzen können dann eingesetzt werden, um bestimmte Unternehmensaktionen anzustoßen – von der Anschaffung nachhaltiger Büroausstattung, über einen vegetarischen Tag in der Kantine bis hin zur Ausstattung des Teams mit gebrauchten, generalüberholten Diensthandys. Das Gamification-Prinzip funktioniert sowohl teamintern als auch abteilungsübergreifend. Einen ähnlichen Ansatz verfolgt die App Aworld. Es ist gleichzeitig die offizielle Plattform von ActNow, der Kampagne der Vereinten Nationen (UN) für ein nachhaltiges Leben und gegen Klimawandel. Die italienische Betreiber-Organisation startet aktuell im DACH-Markt durch. Nach eigenen Aussagen bildet die App alle 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) ab – das sind die globalen Ziele der UN für eine nachhaltige Entwicklung – und kombiniert sie mit Bildungs- und Gamification-Elementen. Dadurch liefert die App auch Daten für die Environmental Social Governance (ESG), Net-Zero- und Nachhaltigkeits-Berichterstattung von Unternehmen. Es gibt viele weitere Lösungen, die in eine ähnliche Richtung gehen. Solche grünen Tools in Unternehmen einzusetzen, könnte nicht nur dem Marketing gut zu Gesicht stehen. |

| | Trotz Personalisierung gelingt vielen Unternehmen keine echte Kundenzentrierung. So lautet eine wichtige Erkenntnis der aktuellen Trendumfrage der Unternehmensberatung Absolit unter Marketingentscheidern der DACH-Region. Die Ursachen seien weniger technischer als häufig strategischer und struktureller Natur. Rechtliche Nutzungsgrundlagen sowie die Datenqualität und -verfügbarkeit bereiten der Studie zufolge rund der Hälfte aller befragten Unternehmen nach wie vor erhebliche Schwierigkeiten (fehlende Einwilligung: 54 Prozent; mangelhafte Datenqualität: 53 Prozent; Datenschutzkonformität: 49 Prozent; Datensilos: 43 Prozent). Erfreuliches gibt es aus dem Bereich Retail Media zu berichten. Hier hat der Retail Media Circle (RMC) im Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft (BVDW) die erste Übersicht für das komplette Werbeportfolio der Retailer vorgelegt. Es enthält eine einheitliche Beschreibung der Retail-Media-Angebote entlang der Customer Journey sowie vereinheitlichte Begrifflichkeiten. Außerdem konkretisiert der RMC die neue gemeinsame Retail-Media-Definition, die kürzlich verabschiedet wurde. Übrigens: Wer hat eigentlich gesagt, dass ein Werbevideo 30 Sekunden lang sein sollte? Oder sogar kürzer? Nissan zeigt, dass es auch anders geht. Der Autobauer wirbt auf Youtube mit einem 4-stündigen Werbespot für seinen neuen Elektro-SUV Ariya. Und das kommt richtig gut an: 18 Millionen Aufrufe in vier Monaten. Wie viele Zuschauer*innen den „Spot“ tatsächlich bis zum Ende geschaut haben, ist allerdings nicht bekannt. In diesem Sinne.
