Ready for a temp roller coaster? Hope you enjoyed a warmer day today because it will be COLD this weekend! Temperatures will plummet tomorrow and continue to go down on Saturday, with highs in single digits in northern Minnesota to the teens in the southern half both Friday and Saturday. Bundle up!

At least 19 Minnesota counties have voted on refugee resettlement so far . Among them, Beltrami County was the only one that said no to refugees -- the first in Minnesota and possibly one of the first in the nation.

Gov. Walz wants to invest $276 million in affordable housing. He announced his bonding proposal today with a roughly $2 billion package of public construction projects this year, including $276 million for housing projects. “We can’t wait on these projects. The needs are real. Interest rates are low. There’s no reason not to act,” Gov. Walz said.
