American equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts has made a $1.75 billion offer to buy the shares it does not already own in MYOB the online business management solutions company has said in an announcement to the ASX on Monday.

Australian-listed telecommunications software and services provider MNF Group is set to acquire managed IT cloud and telecommunications services company Inabox Group in a deal valued at between $30.5 and $33.5 million.
