The success of smartphones and cellular network technologies (2G to 4G) not only brings widespread benefits to people around the world, but also creates new challenges regarding security and privacy of user's personal information. Also, no surprise that the Internet of Things and upcoming self-driving cars have to be relied on these cellular network technologies. Relatively few of recent research reports unsecure cellular network technologies as an additional threat vector to user's privacy. His primary research themes are related to mobile telecommunication and involved security threats. This ranges from 2G/3G/4G network security to end-user device security.
