Canberrans were anticipating a great spectacle at Duntroon on this day in 1933, with the Legacy Club's aerial pageant set to go ahead on the site. A total of 33 aeroplanes were lined up to take part, including a Wapiti and three moths from the Royal Australian Air Force.
