Dennis Eagle to establish Dorchester County facility

The company, which manufactures refuse collection vehicles, plans to establish operations in Dorchester County with a $500,000 investment. The new facility is projected to be operational next year; the S.C. Department of Commerce said in a news release that Dennis Eagle’s facility will create 21 new jobs.

ADC Engineering to acquire RB Todd

The Hanahan-based civil, structural and aviation engineering and landscape architecture firm is acquiring Irmo-based RB Todd Engineering Consultants. Bruce Todd, president of RB Todd, will become a principal at ADC and will lead civil engineering operations in the Midlands.

Coldwell Banker, HomeAdvisor partner on home improvement program

Through the program, real estate agents connect sellers with home improvement professionals during the listing period for repairs and improvements. The costs are covered by the brokerage upfront and are repaid by the seller at closing.
