Arcadia Publishing acquires New Orleans publisher

Arcadia, based in Mount Pleasant, has purchased another book publisher. River Road Press, which publishes titles related to New Orleans and the surrounding area in Louisiana, joins Arcadia as part of the company’s Pelican Publishing division, which was acquired last year.

S.C. restaurants allowed to offer limited dine-in services

Starting today, food and beverage establishments can reopen for dine-services, providing guidelines including occupancy and seating restrictions are followed. S.C. Gov. Henry McMaster also lifted all boating restrictions in the state.
