| Accounting firm consolidates offices into larger space  Jarrard, Nowell & Russell, LLC is combining operations at three of its offices. The company said the move will allow for more efficient operations in the next step toward expansion. The company, which opened in 2005, plans to make the move to an office off of U.S. Highway 78 in Ladson in November.

S.C.'s governor will deliver a keynote address during the S.C. Manufacturing Conference & Expo at 2 p.m. Oct. 30. This year, the expo is going online, including keynotes from economic development officials, industry leaders and others devoted to ensuring the viability of manufacturing in the Palmetto State.
