Accounting firm consolidates offices into larger space

Jarrard, Nowell & Russell, LLC is combining operations at three of its offices. The company said the move will allow for more efficient operations in the next step toward expansion. The company, which opened in 2005, plans to make the move to an office off of U.S. Highway 78 in Ladson in November.
