Campers Inn RV acquires Palmetto RV & Marine

Campers Inn RV, based in Jacksonville, Fla., has acquired Moncks Corner’s Palmetto RV & Marine. With the acquisition, Campers Inn will have two S.C. locations.

InterTech Group subsidiary acquires Montreal sportsplex

Buckingham Sports Properties Co., a subsidiary of North Charleston-based The InterTech Group Inc., has acquired a 130,000-square-foot ice arena complex in Montreal. The Pierrefonds Sportsplex includes four ice pads, a restaurant, a lounge, a professional shop and training facilities.

Mandy Coleman of National Restaurant Properties represented the landlord, Siete Farms LLC, in the lease of 2,050 square feet of retail space at 323 E. Main St. in Moncks Corner to Nostalgic Enterprises LLC. Jay Rodgers of Trident Commercial Inc. represented the tenant.
