Branch Properties, based out of Atlanta, has acquired 9.13 acres of land to create the Moncks Corner Marketplace. The Publix-anchored shopping center will be a hub for the community and is anticipated to open in summer 2022. Other tenants are anticipated to include restaurants and retailers.
