Good afternoon,

Increasing public criticism of online retailer Cettire’s product delivery has prompted its secretive 38-year-old boss to defend the company via video link during an investor conference.

Meanwhile, there is growing pessimism that interest rates will be cut any time soon and speculation of another interest rate rise by the Reserve Bank is creeping back into the money market.

And fashion retailer Country Road, whose flagship Melbourne store was vandalised, has had to beef up security while seeking to diffuse tensions over the release of a review into internal claims of sexual harassment and bullying.
