A Message From the Editor

Monsanto has notched another win in the Roundup litigation in Philadelphia. Although plaintiffs have won billions out of the venue, this now marks the agrochemical giant's third win in the mass tort litigation here. Our first item today has details. Also, a handful of big law firms have become ensnared in a legal malpractice action arising out of a dispute between the co-founders of a gaming platform.
