A Baton Rouge company that partnered on an 84-unit apartment complex off North University Avenue has bought two other lots at a combined price of nearly $3 million to build more apartments.

Bearing Point Properties paid $1.8 million for the 7.42-acre lot at the corner of University Avenue and Alcide Dominique Drive to build a 96-unit second phase and $1.05 million for the 7 acres at the corner of Chappuis Drive and Moss Street for an 84-unit project, documents show.
