A Baton Rouge company that partnered on an 84-unit apartment complex off North University Avenue will soon start on a 96-unit project next to it.

Bearing Point Properties sought a plat approval from the city planning commission last week for just under 9 acres at the corner of University Avenue and Alcide Dominique Drive for the project along with two lots for commercial use, documents show.
