The board of directors of Uber Technologies unanimously adopted the recommendations made in a report on sexual harassment at the company delivered by former US Attorney General Eric Holder. The policies proposed by Holder's report are expected to impose tighter controls on Uber's hiring, spending and in other areas where executives have had almost unlimited autonomy.
