Ice Cream Cupcakes, Banana Pie French Toast, and Other Goodies!
Greetings!
1. Those are ice cream topped cupcakes!
There's a scoop of ice cream atop those cupcakes. They were then placed in the freezer to let the ice cream and the cake freeze together.
We then heated a tub of premade frosting just to dipping consistency, not too hot. We dipped them in the frosting and immediately set them back in the freezer until ready to serve. This is a delightful treat.
2. Banana Cream Pie French Toast!
What a splendid breakfast dish! And simple. Make French toast. Put Bavarian cream between two pieces. Put bananas on top and drizzle it with your favorite syrup. Cinnamon cream is an excellent choice.
3. Banana Split Brownies.
While you can still get cheap brownies, make these. It's simply brownies topped with bananas and whipped cream or ice cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce.
