A Message From the Editor

An open letter stemming from a lawsuit alleging antisemitism against Intel claims that Morgan Lewis is acting hypocritically by taking up the case while showing outward signs of support for Israel. The claim arose as the plaintiff is seeking to keep his identity anonymous. Also, we have news of big settlements against healthcare providers, including a $65M settlement in a data breach case and a $13.5M settlement in a wage class action dispute.

Thanks for reading!
