We talked to barbers and stylists yesterday as they returned to work for the first time since March. It was a busy day for salons and barbershops as customers rushed to remedy their neglected locks. "The floodgates have opened," said Zac Minock, the owner of Flint's Consolidated Barbershop. In addition to hair-related services, tattoo, piercing, nail and spa services are now allowed to resume across the state, with certain safety measures in place. MORE

Over the weekend, a group of boat owners marked President Donald Trump's birthday by partaking in a boat parade. The vessels started their journey in Macomb County's Harrison Township and made their way to downtown Detroit.
