 A record number of Michigan voters participated in Tuesday's general election, many voting absentee. The huge turnout went in favor of former Vice President Joe Biden, who flipped Michigan back to blue after the state went red for President Donald Trump in 2016. MORE  As Michigan reported a staggering number of new daily COVID-19 cases yesterday, it's possible you or someone you know is curious about testing. Many Michiganders are looking for coronavirus testing sites that will administer the screening for free. Of the 440 testing sites across the state, 110 are advertised by the Department of Health and Human Services as “no cost.” But what exactly does that mean for the individual getting the test? There are a good number of incumbents returning to their seats in the U.S. House of Representatives, but two new faces from Michigan will join them.  Democratic incumbent Gary Peters was declared the winner in his U.S. Senate race. But Republican challenger John James refused to concede, issuing a statement Thursday that claimed there is “credible evidence” to warrant an investigation into the results. James did not provide any evidence to substantiate his allegations. Peters laughed out loud when asked what he thought about the James campaign’s allegations. “It’s sad and it’s pathetic. They lost.
