DNR to auction public land in 'prime locations' hat  The Michigan Department of Natural Resources annually auctions off parcels of the state in its ongoing effort to "efficiently manage public land." This year's list of available properties includes 147 parcels ranging in size from less than an acre to 160 acres. Make that six losses in a row for Lions; U-M, MSU get bowl assignments   The Detroit Lions didn't really stand much of a chance Sunday in Minneapolis. But they do like to keep us guessing as to which part of the team will lead the way to a loss. This week it was the offense. F U.P. photographer has photographed every sunrise of 2019 (so far) hat  Bugsy Sailor spent January getting up early every morning to capture pictures of the sunrise. He had designs on photographing every single sunrise of the year. However, he wanted to start small and see if even a month was possible. Well, it proved doable. And the self-described "U.P. ambassador" just kept at it.
