The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency says Flint's water supply is safe for consumption. But Flint mayor Karen Weaver isn't ready to agree. After years of living through the water crisis, Weaver is holding firm on her demand that all water pipes are replaced before she's ready to declare the water is safe.
