Premier Health’s Miami Valley Hospital sold approximately five acres of land for $1.25 million to Davids Rombach LLC, a limited liability company out of Cleveland. The property was located on Miami Village Drive in Miami Township, described as being one of the lots at the Exchange at Spring Valley.
