Wind chill hits -38 in one part of Michigan   A mild winter no more. Temperatures plunged across Michigan over the weekend, bringing bitter cold with it. Dafter, south of Sault Ste. Marie, felt the most bone-chilling cold of us all. Wind chills went as low as -38 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
