Two months after President Joe Biden announced private sector employers with 100 or more employees would be subjected to a vaccine mandate, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration on detailed how and to whom the new rules apply. While a court has temporarily blocked the mandate, a Jan. 4 timetable for vaccinations has not yet been impacted. The confusion for many Michigan business owners started with whether or not they would be included in the mandate.
