An iconic Victorian B&B hits the market in Michigan and it 'looks like a dollhouse.' |
Check this out: Built in 1885, the home in Marine City was converted into a bed and breakfast in 1991. There’s six guest suites with a separate owner suite as an optional seventh suite. It's on the market for $749,900.
Real estate agent Michael Kuligowski said:"It’s really an iconic property. When you’re driving out of Downtown Marine City along the river, it’s right there on the left side. It smacks you in the face by how big it is." Perfect time to buy: Maybe you aren't in the market for a B&B, but if you are considering a purchase, Realtor.com says the best time to buy a house is coming up. The real estate website found the best time to buy a home across the nation is the week of Sept. 25 to Oct. 1.
