Kalamazoo's old candy cane decorations fetch thousands at auction   In retrospect, it seems pretty obvious. But now we know for sure: Don't mess with a city's beloved giant candy cane decorations. The citizenry of Kalamazoo cried "bah, humbug" when the popular Candy Cane Lane holiday display in a downtown park got an updated look. (The new ones stand upright while the old ones lean.)
