Founders, the acclaimed Grand Rapids brewery, is dealing with a racial discrimination lawsuit. The case took a turn when a general manager during a deposition wouldn't say that a black employee was, in fact, black. Stryker Corp., a Fortune 500 company based in Kalamazoo, is facing a charge of alleged bribery in a foreign country. The company previously paid millions to settle similar charges in 2013 and 2018.
