Just a few weeks ago, the country was focused on the Democratic presidential primary, as Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders traveled from state to state in a bid to win votes. Michigan was particularly enthralled with the process 23 days ago, as voters here took to the polls. Then, suddenly, the focus of the state and country changed entirely. Michigan's first confirmed case of coronavirus was announced on election night. Soon after, Biden and Sanders stopped their travels. State by state, the country started to shut down. And, now, three weeks in, cases of COVID-19 in Michigan are rising exponentially. MORE
