Michigan's electors set to cast votes for Joe Biden, Kamala Harris today Electors representing each of Michigan’s congressional districts and two U.S. Senate seats will meet in the state Senate chambers at 2 p.m. today to sign certificates in support of the candidates who won the popular vote. Here in Michigan, that's President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, who won the state by a margin of 154,188 votes against President Donald Trump, certified results show.
