What you need to know about Michigan's measles outbreak
 
The number of measles cases confirmed in Michigan since mid March has reached nearly two dozen. It is the largest outbreak of the disease here in a quarter century. So far, the outbreak has been contained to Metro Detroit. Of the 22 cases confirmed, 21 are in Oakland County and one is in Wayne County. Three of those infected have a record of being vaccinated.
