Schools with highest vaccine waivers face public disclosure bill   More than 1,000 Michigan schools would have to publicly post their vaccination waiver rates under a bill recently introduced in the state House. The bill would require schools with a higher than 5 percent waiver rate to disclose that information. Month after cardiac arrest, young racer back behind the wheel hat  A month ago, 21-year-old Ben Welch went into cardiac arrest. The scare put his life on hold, including his time behind the wheel at Berlin Raceway in Marne.
