President Trump to visit Michigan Ford plant Thursday   President Donald Trump is scheduled to travel to Michigan for the second time this year. Trump plans to visit a Ford plant in Ypsilanti Township Thursday that shifted focus last month, manufacturing ventilators and personal protective equipment to help in the fight against the coronavirus. Heavy rains flood streets and basements, submerge docks in Muskegon     Heavy rains fell across Michigan within the last few days. In Muskegon County, the excess water led to washed out streets and flooded basements. The area was already experiencing high lake and river levels, leaving "nowhere for the water to go," as one resident put it.
