Michigan cancer patient loses battle to buy untested marijuana hat  Sherry Hoover, a late-stage cancer patient, claimed the state of Michigan was violating the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act by depriving her of reasonable access to medical marijuana. Hoover wanted patients to gain access to untested marijuana, like they previously could purchase from caregivers. Michigan working on a warm, wet winter   As far as Michigan winters go, this one is on pace to come out on the warmer side of things.
