ODOT: Unexpected I-75 problems mean Dayton highway work will last into 2027

ODOT's I-75 highway project south of downtown Dayton is still slated to finish in 2025, but the north section hit a snag; Ohio's total rebuild of that section of roadway is the first since the late 1950s.
